We can come and service your pump as you require, or here at DALPUMPS we can pre planned pump maintenance programmes (PPM’s), which include 24/7 emergency responses, 365 days a year to provide you with peace of mind. This is in addition to providing comprehensive reports detailing the efficiency of any existing pump station and recommendations for any remedial work that may be required.

How Often Should You Get Your Pump Maintained?
DALPUMPS Pumping Solutions are flexible, and we offer two different service options.
Routine Maintenance Option
This is covered by what we call our planned maintenance agreement. For peace of mind and less hassle we recommend setting a routine maintenance schedule up with you the customer. This will allow you to know in advance when we will be due to inspect your system.
Our DALPUMPS engineers will perform a series of checks on the pump to understand the functionality and whether any additional work is due to be carried out. We will check for general wear and tear and also the operational capability of the pump.
We can schedule visits in advance to suit you and this will be performed up to three times per year. These are tailored to you and will give you the confidence that everything is taken care of.
In addition to this, we are the sister company to DALROD Drainage Solutions which allows us to work together should we discover any drainage services are required on site. If this happens we will always discuss any findings and ensure a thorough quoting system is in place for any remedial work that may be beneficial.
Annual Service Option
A comprehensive and detailed check on the operational aspects of your waste pump to ensure it remains fit for purpose. This is conducted once a year.
Our team of engineers will attend site and examine the functionality of your pump station. We will look for any faults and spot any potential issues before they occur! Above all else we want to make sure our customers have safe running pumps, our annual service checks will help to prevent any unwanted breakdowns.
DALPUMPS reports and documents all our findings in a clear and easy to read format, which we can talk you through once the inspection and service is complete.
